The problem
Choosing a padel racket is hard: too much choice, little guidance. It started as an advisor — a quiz that recommends the right model — and grew into a marketplace with a curated catalogue, partner stores and an admin area.
What I built
- 01Interactive quiz producing a personalised recommendation.
- 02Curated catalogue with detailed pages for 500+ rackets.
- 03Admin area to manage models, orders and billing.
- 04Payments with Stripe Connect and a commission split (95/5) to partner stores.
- 05Catalogue data import and validation with automated image processing.
Results
- Complete product, live at padelbottega.it.
- Catalogue of 500+ rackets, fully managed from the admin area.
- Database temporarily paused for maintenance: the catalogue will be back shortly.
