The problem

Venues need staff at the last minute — weekends, evenings, replacements — while waiters, cooks and bartenders look for flexible shifts. A fast, local bridge between supply and demand was missing.

What I built

1. 01Native iOS app in Flutter with listings sorted by date and distance, map view and quick filters.
2. 02Role-based lists (Floor, Kitchen, Bar), one-tap applications and direct offers from venues.
3. 03"Last Call" for urgent shifts and real-time push notifications.
4. 04Built-in chat with user reporting and blocking.
5. 05Supabase backend (PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage) with Row Level Security on every table.
6. 06Venue subscription through Apple In-App Purchase.

Results

• Published on the App Store after passing Apple's review.
• Now at version 3.0.
• Presentation website and privacy policy built with Next.js.
